Built in 2017, Warung Limarasa is inspired by 5 human senses in the form of Eye, Nose, Ears, Tongue and Skin that are directly related to Sight, Smell, Hearing, Tasting, and Touching make a powerful concept that combines five aspects as the basis of design guideline. Collaborated with the geographical aspect of Warung Limarasa which is located in a strong colonial nuance area which is the one of strongest Bandung's identity, wrapped in one area with a total area of 250m2.
Warung Limarasa – Taste of Indonesian Nationality refers to user’s experience which can feel and see directly to the food process before they enjoy the food itself with the buffet system. In addition, Warung Limarasa used the identity of the Bandung such as Patra Komala Flower and Persib (Bandung, Indonesia’s Soccer Union) which dominated by blue color as the Decorative Elements of Warung Limarasa. Without disrupting the existing area that has a pedestrian area, Warung Limarasa practically known as Pedestrian Friendly and City Arcade’s Building.
With the strong colonial nuance in Braga area, Warung Limarasa used the Colonial concept which wrapped neatly with Patra Komala Flower with Blue as the color identity of Persib (Bandung, Indonesia’s Soccer Union) for Decorative Element. Warung Limarasa divided into 2 Floor Levels. First Floor is divided into Bar / Cashier Area, Dining Area, Kitchen Area and also Service Area (such as toilet). Then Second Floor is divided into Indoor Dining Area, Outdoor Dining Area (such as Smoking Area), and Praying Area. Overall, Warung Limarasa’s ambience is warm that caused of the using of woods material as warm impression which collaborated with Patra Komala Flower’s Decoratice Element which dominated by Blue color in some Interior’s Element that formed as wall, and ceiling. With the large windows on the front and back area maximize the using of Natural Lighting as General Lighting in Warung Limarasa, and Artificial Lighting as a Special Lighting supported a Warm Atmosphere in Warung Limarasa. At Dining Area in Front Area of Warung Limarasa, there is Blue LED Neon Sign which formed by the logo of Warung Limarasa that used fot accent and signage that make the pedestrians on the street interested to visit Warung Limarasa. Then in the Bar / Cashier Area, there is a line made of iron following the pattern of the Bar’s Top Table that makes Dynamic Form and Colonial impression, combined with Patra Komala Flower’s pattern as wall treatment which become its own uniqueness on Bar / Cashier Area at Warung Limarasa. And then on the Second Floor, there is a Dining Area that uses sofa with blue colored cushion which collaborated with Patra Komala Flower’s mural which makes its own uniqueness for a good spot to take pictures in Warung Limarasa. On the Outdoor (Smoking Area) there is also a Patra Komala Flower’s mural that gives an accent that attracts attention to the area.
